A team of two observer/specialist are selected to follow the process of the project, to comment on it during the public presentation being a link between the public and the artists and to write a full report on their experience.
Jan Goossens (Belgium)

Jan Goossens studied literature and philosophy in Belgium and London. As an assistant and dramaturg, he worked extensively in dance, with Wim Vandekeybus and Ultima Vez, and in opera and theatre, with American director Peter Sellars with whom he collaborated on 6 productions around Europe. In 2001, Jan Goossens became the artistic director of the Royal Flemish Theatre (KVS) in Brussels. With a young team he transformed KVS from a traditional repertoire company into an intercultural, multilingual and multi-disciplinary city theatre. Since 2005 KVS has also been developing a strong international network, with artists and institutions in Europe, but also in the Congo, Palestine and New Zealand. |
Seong Hee Kim (Korea)

Seong Hee Kim began her career as a dancer and a choreographer in Korean traditional dance and contemporary dance for 25 years. In 1995, she changed her major into an arts management at the New York University. Coming back to Korea in 2000, she worked in the Modafe (International Modern Dance Festival, Seoul) as a director until 2005. Further she found the Spring Wave Festival and celebrated its first edition this year. She has also involved in producing many local and international productions including “36 Avenue Georges Mendel” of Raimund Hoghe and “History of Tears” of Jan Fabre (co-produced with the Avignon Festival), “Let’s go” (co-produced with the Pina Bausch Festival) and “Let me change your name” (co-produced with the Berlin House of Culture) of Eun Me Ahn Company and etc. |
